- Precise tape measurement within 1/32″
- Mechanically inclined
- Crane operation
- Machine set-up and operation
- CNC operation is helpful but not required
- Production planning

Shipping
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Precise tape measurement within 1/32″
- Stock component organization
- Skid / crate building
- Hi-low / forklift operation
- Packaging tasks
- Basic computer skills
